1. Service Nature
Travel with Nandu provides a platform for booking seats in shared vehicles, private cabs, and ambulances. We do not own the vehicles.
2. Payments & Pricing
Fares shown on the app are estimates. Final payment is to be made directly to the driver via Cash or UPI upon completion of the trip. Tolls and parking fees are extra if applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure without penalty. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may result in a suspension of your account.
